PREP ACADEMY (18U)

Returning this winter, Park Baseball Academy's Prep Program at The Shop and Millennium Place delivers advanced training for athletes committed to pursuing elite baseball. Participants will benefit from professional instruction, skill development, and a competitive training environment throughout the off-season.

Runs from October to March

  • Engaging drills led by experienced instructors

  • Small group sizes to ensure personal attention

  • 3 Strength and Conditioning Sessions per Week

  • 3 Baseball Sessions per Week

  • Fall Ball (Sept-Oct)

  • Monthly Sport Psychology - Build confidence and a love for the game

Park Baseball Academy’s Junior Elite Foundations program returns this winter at The Shop and Millennium Place, offering a fun and energetic introduction or continuation to elite baseball.
